Annie Lennox

Annie Lennox's parents include Dorothy Farquharson and Thomas Allison Lennox. Dorothy Farquharson & Thomas Allison Lennox is the name of her parents. Lennox was accepted into the Royal Academy of Music in London in the 1970s where she took flute lessons as well as the harpsichord for three consecutive years. The money she earned came from a student allowance and took on part-time employment to augment her income. While in the Royal Academy Lennox was dissatisfied with her skill in comparison to her fellow students and was contemplating a different direction she would take. Lennox started her professional career in the year 1976, when she joined a band called Dragons Playground. However she left when the band was featured to I.T.V.s talent competition New Faces. She was the lead singer in The Tourists (a British popband) from 1977 to 1980. She met Dave Stewart, with whom formed the pop-duo Eurythmics. Lennox collaborated on her solo debut record Diva. It came out in 1993. This album became a huge hit with regard to the sales as well as the critical acclaim. Nostalgia Lennoxs six solo album was released in the month of October 2014. is Nostalgia Lennox. The C.D. Lennox chose her favorite blues and soul from the time of her childhood. Lepidoptera is a compilation of four songs that were improvised by piano, which Lennox made available in May 2019. The E.P. The album is a companion of her "Now I let it go... artwork which was on display at Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art. It's also her debut independently-released album. Annie Lennox born December 25 1954, is a Scottish activist, politician and philanthropist. She is also a music producer and singer. Following a modest success as a member of the band called The Tourists in the late 1970s, she and her fellow musician Dave Stewart went on to gain international recognition as the duo known as Eurythmics in the 1980s. Lennox started her solo career with her debut album Diva in 1992. This was the source of several hit songs, including Why andWalking through the Broken Glass. Medusa is the album she recorded as her first studio album in 1995. It has covers of such songs as No MoreI love Yous and The Whiter Shade of Pale. Her solo studio albums as well as her compilation album have a lot of hits.
